JOB SUMMARY
As a Software Developer in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, you may be tasked with: maintaining and upgrading existing software solutions; overseeing the testing of software; providing feedback to management during the development process; prepare documentation such as user guides, instruction manuals, administrative reports, forms, and communications; facilitate meetings and provide informed decisions; and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
IT Services at Applied is a fast paced team that works on a variety of projects, from internal team applications to full stack ERP solutions for our clients. Everyday brings on a new set of challenges and opportunities. You will be working with a team of full stack developers delivering solutions to our clients in an agile based environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work experience, or industry-recognized certification such as MCSD
  • 3 + years of software development experience
  • Experience with C#, .NET, the Async/Await pattern, Git/Github, Unit testing, Visual Studio IDE
  • Desktop and Web development experience (WPF, html, javascript)
  • A plus to have experience with Binary math operations, Project estimation, Cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, Docker), low-level communications like (USB), python, golang
  • Knowledge and practical application of software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Feature Driven development
